As your dress is made especially for you to your dress size and height, with the details you prefer, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. We highly recommend you try your dress on as soon as you receive it.
DRESS IS THE SIZE YOU ORDERED BUT DOES NOT FIT
Dresses that do not fit but fit the specifications that you ordered may not be returned or exchanged.
The setting on your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures shown on our website. Slight colour mismatches in shade, tone or hue, between the colour of your dress and the colour shown on screen, does not mean that the dress is defective or incorrectly shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in the wrong colour please contact us immediately.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective or damaged items. If you believe that your items were damaged during delivery you must obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier. Please contact us immediately in this unlikely event.
If you need to cancel your order in any extreme circumstances, you can only do so within 3 days of placing your order. There is a cancellation fee ($200)to cover the cost of administration, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. You must contact us to discuss the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance of your production date.
