Cinderella Bridal & Formal Dress was on King William Rd in Adelaide for 8 years. In 2018 we relocated to 482 Payneham Rd, Glynde 5070, SA.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Open on Tuesday to Saturday, by Appointment Only.
We are closed on Monday, Sunday & public holidays.

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our wedding gowns prices range from $1500 – $5000; our formal gowns prices range from $500-$2000, depending on the complexity and material. We always have special sale and even Cinderella girls’ 2nd hand special sale at a lower price.

What do I wear and bring for a dress fitting?

You can wear nude seamless underpants and strapless or invisible strap bra to your fitting. Please do not attend the fitting with a spray tan, bronzers and excessive makeup or perfume and body scents as these elements will cause ivory gowns to discolour and soil. You are welcome to bring your own shoes at the height that you are comfortable wearing on your wedding/formal day. Should you have any other requests, please let us know before you attend, this helps us prepare to meet your needs and expectations.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.

What sizes are your dresses available in?

Most of the dresses are available from size 6 to 28 and can be ordered in extra length if required, apart from the styles discontinued and on special. However, ordering the size above 18 (including size 18) would cause an extra charge ($80-$280).

Do you offer made-to-measure gowns?

Apart from standard size, our studio offers made-to-measure services for an additional charge ($300-$500). If your body shape doesn’t fit in a standard size, please contact our friendly sales consultant team about the made-to-measure option.

Do you offer alteration/dressmaking services?

It is very normal that your dress needs some alteration such as shorten hem. We offer dress alteration, while all cost for alterations is an extra expense. You can ask for a rough quote for alterations on first fitting or online. If you have got some ideas about your dream dress already, we offer on-site dress designing and dressmaking service as well. All you need to do is narrate to us the style you like, the venue of your wedding or event, either if it’s a church or beach wedding, garden party, we will always make it work for you.

Can I alter the design of my dress?

Yes, you can! At Cinderella, we are committed to providing our customers with the most beautiful and fitted dresses. Any minor changes from our shop designs are acceptable, such as add/remove sleeves, longer/shorter train, lower/higher neckline, change colour… Price may vary; please contact our friendly sales consultant team before you place the order.

How long does it take to order my dress?

We normally need at least 3months for bridal order and 2 months for a formal order, unless you are lucky enough to find your dress off-rack. However, keep in mind that most gowns will need to have a hem alteration depending on the height. It’s important to consider an extra six to eight weeks to allow for alteration times.

What if I lose/gain weight?

At Cinderella, we make every effort to ensure your dress is the right fit. However, it is often that the dress doesn’t fit perfectly due to customer lose/gain weight or fall pregnant. We always leave enough allowance inside the seam in case the dress needs to be let out. If you lost/gain less than 5 kg, it is easy to have the dress altered by a professional seamstress. If the customer is pregnant at the stage of ordering or becomes pregnant after the order is placed, a minimum fee of $90 will be charged due to the extra work and fabric involved in making the outfit. With some dresses, the cost will be higher due to the fabric and design.

Can I layby my bridal gown?

Yes. We offer a few layby options. A 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance divided into monthly payments. Monthly payments can be directly transferred through online banking or paid over the phone with either a MasterCard or Visa credit card.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns subject to our Return Policy.

Which delivery company do you use and what is the shipping cost?

We use Australian Standard Post for Australian deliveries and TNT or DHL for international deliveries. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package. All the prices quoted on this website do not include the shipping cost.
